**Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant**
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers comprehensive care to residents, which encompasses support with personal hygiene, meeting dietary requirements, and promoting overall functional independence. They are tasked with the precise documentation of activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident behaviors in the electronic medical record system. Applicants must possess a current Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) certification issued by the Virginia Department of Health Professions. Furthermore, candidates are required to obtain CPR/BLS certification from an authorized provider within 30 days following their employment commencement.
