The Relationship Banker is responsible for building and fostering strong customer relationships by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate banking products. They will also process transactions, manage the branch lobby, and perform digital outreach to ensure a positive customer experience. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of experience in sales and service environments. Additionally, applicants must be or become a Notary Public and NMLS certified, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
