The Assistant Vice President of Member Service plays a crucial role in shaping branch strategies across regions and ensuring that teams meet the set organizational objectives and performance indicators. Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) is required.
- Five to eight years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership capabilities and effective personnel development skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess performance and strategize improvements.
- Willingness to travel to different Credit Union locations as necessary.
