Job Summary
The Assistant Vice President of Member Service plays a crucial role in shaping branch strategies across regions and ensuring that teams meet the set organizational objectives and performance indicators. This position involves leading pivotal projects, overseeing staff hiring and training processes, and upholding a high standard of operational excellence to enhance the experience of members.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement effective regional branch strategies.
- Guide teams to achieve defined organizational goals and metrics.
- Lead significant projects aimed at improving service delivery.
- Manage the recruitment and training of staff to build a competent workforce.
- Ensure operational excellence to facilitate outstanding member interactions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) is required.
- Five to eight years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership capabilities and effective personnel development skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess performance and strategize improvements.
- Willingness to travel to different Credit Union locations as necessary.
