**Quality Assurance Technician**
The Quality Assurance Technician is tasked with performing regular audits and inspections to guarantee that production adheres to food safety standards and meets product specifications. This role includes overseeing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Critical Control Points (CCPs), and implementing corrective measures when product defects are detected. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field, along with a minimum of two years of pertinent experience, or alternatively, five years of experience within the protein sector. A thorough understanding of USDA and FSIS regulatory guidelines is essential for this position.
