Job description
The Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in upholding the Quality Management System and spearheading root cause analyses for deviations and customer feedback. They will lead cross-functional teams to enhance quality metrics and ensure adherence to regulatory and sector-specific standards, such as IATF and VDA. Ideal candidates should have a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related quality discipline, along with a background in quality management systems and auditing practices. Expertise in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, as well as a solid understanding of measurement tools and GD&T, is essential.
