Job Summary
This role is centered around providing legal representation by conducting intake consultations to assess and enroll new clients. The attorney will be responsible for managing a substantial caseload from its beginning stages to its final resolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead intake consultations for assessing and onboarding new clients.
- Handle a high-volume caseload from inception to resolution.
- Develop comprehensive case strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
- Draft necessary legal documents associated with cases.
- Represent clients during hearings, mediations, and appeals.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Hold an active law practice license in Nevada.
- At least two years of experience in workers’ compensation law is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective client representation.
