Job Summary
The People Generalist is responsible for overseeing daily Human Resources operations, which encompass handling employee queries, managing documentation, and ensuring policy compliance. This role extends to coordinating immigration processes, administering employee benefits, and managing leaves of absence in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR activities and respond to employee inquiries.
- Maintain and oversee HR documentation and policies.
- Coordinate immigration processes for employees.
- Administer employee benefits and manage leave of absence programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or in HR operations.
- Proficiency in US leave programs and immigration processes.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Jose, CA, up to three days per week.
