Job Summary
The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Palette production platform, emphasizing key elements such as resilience, observability, and automation. This position entails engaging in incident management, establishing Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and working closely with engineering teams to guarantee optimal availability and system performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the Palette production environment.
- Participate in incident management activities and develop resolution strategies.
- Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to maintain system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system performance and availability.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go or Python.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform or Ansible.
