**Position: Youth Coach**
The Youth Coach offers overnight assistance and oversight to young residents aged 18-24 within a shelter environment, helping them navigate daily activities and achieve their service plan objectives. Key responsibilities encompass keeping precise records, providing medication as needed, and cultivating a secure, supportive atmosphere conducive to youth growth. Applicants should possess a minimum of a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, as well as at least one year of experience working with at-risk youth. A solid grasp of adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and essential life skills is necessary, along with the capability to uphold professional boundaries.
