Job Summary
The position is responsible for directing the analysis, configuration, and enhancement of intricate Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications. The role also includes offering technical guidance to junior colleagues and working alongside various stakeholders to convert business needs into efficient system designs, as well as addressing complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and optimization of complex Epic EHR applications.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret business requirements.
- Design effective system solutions based on business needs.
- Resolve advanced technical issues related to the Epic applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 3-5 years of professional experience relevant to the role.
- Must possess an Epic certification; Epic Professional Billing certification is preferred.
