Manage and grow assigned customer accounts by building relationships, understanding customer needs, supporting retention, and identifying opportunities for account expansion. Prepare and present quotes, develop customer solutions, maintain CRM notes and sales forecasts, and conduct regular customer outreach and meetings, including travel as needed. At least three years of sales and customer service experience in manufacturing is required, preferably in the label or packaging industry; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Candidates should have strong customer service, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, intermediate Microsoft Excel ability, the ability to learn systems quickly, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.
