Review immigration applications, evidence, responses, appeals, and court filings for accuracy and completeness under senior attorney guidance, while tracking deadlines and escalating non-standard legal issues. Serve as attorney of record on assigned matters, communicate with clients, maintain case records, and provide emergency coverage at immigration court hearings when needed. Requires a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar; an EOIR number is preferred or must be obtained within the first month. Candidates should have foundational legal research, drafting, and document-review skills, with 0–1 year of post-J.D. experience; immigration experience is not required, and training is provided.
