**Scheduler IV** will oversee project timelines, carry out evaluations of contractors, and make site visits to verify adherence to project standards and quality. This role entails evaluating budget performance, overseeing change orders, and delivering narrative insights along with corrective suggestions to management. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling for large-scale construction projects or programs. A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline is necessary, and candidates should have advanced skills in Primavera and MS Office.
