Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care. This role is centered around enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of personal and health assistance. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Document and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of employment.
- Experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused attitude.
