Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care. This role is centered around enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of personal and health assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills coupled with a genuine desire to help others.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Document and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of employment.
- Experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused attitude.
