The Clinic Director oversees the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring effective staff management, quality patient care, and adherence to budgetary guidelines. This role includes coordinating patient referrals, providing mentorship to newly hired staff, and upholding exemplary standards in clinical documentation and billing processes. Applicants should have a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and a minimum of two years of experience in sports rehabilitation. A current Maryland physical therapy license, or the capability to secure one, along with 6 to 12 months of leadership experience, is essential.
