Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing the monthly financial closing processes, performing account reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger for various entities. This role also includes supporting integration efforts for acquisitions and participating in system implementation projects, while ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial close activities.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliations.
- Maintain and oversee the general ledger for multiple entities.
- Support acquisition integration processes.
- Assist in system implementation projects.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- CPA licensure is preferred.
