The R&D Principal Engineer will research and develop novel materials and integration solutions for advanced semiconductor devices and thermal management. This includes hands-on fabrication, thin-film deposition, and characterization while collaborating with cross-functional teams and research partners. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong hands-on experience with cleanroom processing, materials synthesis, and thin-film deposition techniques is required.
