Job Summary
The Chemical Lab Technician is responsible for conducting regular sampling and analyzing FAB process solutions, as well as monitoring cleanroom contamination to ensure manufacturing quality control. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and standards of the manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine sampling and analysis of FAB process solutions.
- Monitor contamination levels within cleanroom environments.
- Operate and troubleshoot various analytical instruments.
- Maintain and organize laboratory records in accordance with standard procedures.
- Assist with the maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Support non-routine technical projects as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate degree in chemistry or a related scientific field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an analytical chemical laboratory.
- Demonstrated proficiency in wet chemistry and sample preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
