The Host Home / Shared Living Provider plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities by offering a nurturing and caring environment in their own homes. This position is focused on enhancing the quality of life for clients through personalized assistance and guidance while promoting independence and community integration.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home setting.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
- Facilitate social integration and community involvement for clients.
