The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for guiding patient-oriented care through thorough assessments, creation of tailored care plans, and effective management of pain and symptoms. Additionally, this role includes serving as a case manager, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to offer emotional support and counsel to both patients and their families. Applicants should possess a current RN license and a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience. Furthermore, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and up-to-date CPR certification are mandatory.
