Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide individualized patient care and educate families in a home environment. The LPN is tasked with delivering skilled nursing services as per the prescribed care plan and ensuring that documentation is completed in a timely manner. Applicants should have completed an accredited LPN program, possess an active state license, and hold a current CPR certification. Essential qualifications include excellent organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and proficient time management, as well as dependable transportation.
