**Job Title: Store Team Leader**
The Store Team Leader is responsible for guiding and nurturing the store teams through effective training, constructive feedback, and setting clear objectives to achieve excellence in operations and exceptional customer service. This role focuses on enhancing financial results by overseeing budget management, supervising inventory processes, and executing strategies to meet sales and profit targets. A minimum of two years of college education, or a combination of one year of retail experience and one year of supervisory experience, is required.
