As a member of the Executive Team, the COO plays a crucial role in shaping business strategies and advancing the organization’s mission of eliminating obstacles to healthcare access. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in healthcare administration or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in analytical problem-solving and enhancing processes. Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or a comparable community health environment is strongly preferred.
