Job Summary
The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for overseeing the development, reliability, and enhancement of networks, servers, cloud infrastructures, and identity management systems. This role includes leading technical initiatives, managing solutions provided by partners, and delivering Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture and modernization of IT infrastructure components.
- Ensure the reliability of networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
- Lead and manage technical projects for infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate and manage partner-delivered solutions effectively.
- Provide advanced technical support for Level 2 and Level 3 issues.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in infrastructure, systems, cloud, or network engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft enterprise technologies.
- Experience with automation scripting and network administration.
