Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Order Selector/Picker to join our team. This role is vital for ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will engage in a variety of warehouse tasks, contributing to efficient operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and pick orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse facility.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is an advantage.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
