Job Summary
The role is focused on spearheading the architecture, implementation, modernization, and continuous optimization of Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions, along with related integrations and warehouse automation processes. The position involves leading technical teams and overseeing delivery workflows, while collaborating closely with product and operations groups to enhance the performance, reliability, and support of the warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the architectural design and implementation of WMS solutions.
- Drive modernization initiatives and optimize existing systems and integrations.
- Lead and manage technical teams to ensure efficient delivery workflows.
- Collaborate with product and operational teams to boost warehouse functionality and support.
- Ensure the reliability and ongoing improvement of warehouse processes.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in software development, focusing on Java, Spring MVC, SQL Server, Git, web services or APIs, and SQL.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Demonstrated strong technical leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Familiarity with WebSphere, IBM MQ, Drools, Azure Kubernetes Service, and project management methodologies.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
