As an Integrated Clinical Care Provider, you will deliver comprehensive, team-oriented medical evaluations and treatment for adults and adolescents facing both chronic and acute health concerns. Your role entails working in concert with healthcare teams to guarantee synchronized medical, behavioral, and nutritional support, all while upholding exceptional quality standards and cultural awareness. Applicants must hold a valid medical license in Washington, DC, along with DEA and Controlled Substance certifications. Ideal candidates will possess at least two years of experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals and those living with HIV.
