Job description
The Commercial Counsel will collaborate with commercial teams to negotiate, draft, and finalize a range of business contracts during their entire lifecycle. This role will also emphasize the enhancement of internal legal processes, the optimization of contract management systems, and the provision of strategic legal guidance to meet the needs of various business units. Applicants should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a prestigious law school and must be an active member of the New York Bar. Candidates are expected to have 3-5 years of pertinent experience, either in a law firm or an in-house environment, with a particular focus on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
