**EAP Coordinator**
The EAP Coordinator acts as the main liaison for staff members, overseeing reception, intake processes, and crisis intervention while facilitating access to community resources. This role includes performing psychosocial evaluations and working alongside clinical personnel to guarantee that employees obtain the necessary mental health and social assistance. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in social work and hold a valid Minnesota social work license (LSW, LGSW, or LISW). Additionally, candidates should have at least two to four years of relevant experience in case management or a related EAP position.
