Job Summary
The role involves delivering technical support for customer development initiatives and addressing technical concerns to enhance performance stability. This position requires effective coordination among customer engineering, internal research and development, process management, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to support customer development programs.
- Resolve technical issues to ensure performance stabilization.
- Facilitate communication between customer engineering and internal teams, including R&D, process, quality, and manufacturing.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry.
- Over 10 years of experience in package substrate development.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
- In-depth knowledge of substrate processes and materials.
