Job Summary
This position is focused on spearheading efforts to enhance vendor governance structures, tools, and processes in the realm of clinical development. The individual will oversee routine operations, facilitate meetings, and evaluate operational metrics to foster process enhancements and bolster relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of vendor governance frameworks.
- Oversee daily operational processes and activities.
- Coordinate and manage meetings related to vendor and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvements.
- Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders to support clinical development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, outsourcing, or project management, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
