Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift in Olean, New York. In this position, you will oversee the department’s operations to ensure efficient production processes and effective prioritization of tasks within the team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations within the production department.
- Establish and assign machining priorities to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Facilitate communication regarding department and plant matters, including adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a production environment is preferred.
- A solid understanding of production operations and machinery is beneficial.
