Drive profitable incremental sales and market-share growth for Latham Fiberglass Pools across the assigned territory by prospecting, converting, and onboarding new dealers, builders, installers, and other channel partners. Manage opportunities from qualification through first order and repeat revenue, while maintaining forecasts and CRM records, protecting margins, and coordinating product training and cross-functional support. Candidates should have at least five years of successful sales, business development, account management, or territory management experience, with demonstrated success in new-business development and complex channel sales. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with strong CRM and analytical skills, presentation and negotiation abilities, technical aptitude, customer-training capability, and willingness to travel approximately 50–70%.
