Lead daily production operations, owning safety, quality, schedule attainment, labor efficiency, material flow, and inventory accuracy. Develop and hold teams accountable while resolving production issues, implementing lasting corrective actions, and driving measurable continuous improvement. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including demonstrated production leadership, plus at least three years of manufacturing supervision. Candidates must have strong problem-solving and communication skills, experience in team-based or union environments, transactional inventory accuracy, and familiarity with ERP systems.
