Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and applicable standards; administer or supervise medications and treatments, assess patients, monitor vital signs and skin condition, and report changes. Document care, implement and update care plans, supervise medication aides, and educate patients and caregivers. Applicants must be at least 18 and have completed an RN or LPN course of study, with an active RN or LPN license in good standing in Nebraska or another Nurse Compact state and current CPR. Six months of RN or LPN experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is also preferred, and employees must meet Eventide vaccination requirements.
