Coordinate risk and compliance oversight with technology, cybersecurity, legal, audit, and business teams, while leading governance professionals and reporting to executive committees. Requires 10 or more years of applied technology risk and controls experience, including at least five years of senior leadership managing enterprise programs and cross-functional teams. Candidates should have deep expertise in data and AI governance, risk, privacy, regulatory compliance, and internal controls; an advanced degree and relevant industry certifications are preferred.
