Guide patients through program benefits, authorizations, pharmacy needs, appointments, follow-ups, and next steps while supporting improvements to patient services and engagement. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a relevant field.
