Job Summary
The technician is responsible for executing sterile filling, lyophilization, and capping operations, maintaining strict adherence to GMP standards. This role entails working alongside diverse teams to diagnose equipment issues and promote ongoing enhancements in manufacturing efficiency and dependability.
Responsibilities
- Execute hands-on operations for sterile filling, lyophilization, and capping.
- Ensure all processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment problems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with complex automated systems.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree in a technical or mechanical discipline is preferred.
