Job Summary
This position centers around the execution of electromyography (EMG) procedures and the clinical management of patients suffering from neuromuscular disorders. It also provides avenues for educating medical students, residents, and fellows, alongside engaging in translational research activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct EMG tests and offer clinical care to patients with neuromuscular conditions.
- Facilitate educational programs for medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Engage in translational research projects relevant to neurology and neurophysiology.
Qualifications
- Possession of a medical degree.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in neurology.
- Completion of a fellowship in neurophysiology or neuromuscular disorders.
- Board certification in neurology.
- Current license or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Texas.
