**Job Title: Charger**
The Charger plays a crucial role in overseeing the equipment and hardware requirements within a fast-paced glass hot shop. This includes responsibilities such as furnace charging and managing the annealer’s operation. Additionally, the Charger is tasked with general maintenance of the shop and conducting mechanical repairs to facilitate uninterrupted production processes. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification and be capable of handling physically strenuous tasks, which include lifting up to 55 lbs. Having mechanical training is advantageous, and strong problem-solving abilities along with the capacity to work autonomously are essential for success in this position.
