Responsibilities
- Operate and set up metal forming machinery while upholding safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify that products meet specified standards.
- Assist in training and guiding new team members on equipment and procedures.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude is essential for understanding and operating machinery.
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to accurately read a tape measure and micrometer.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Must be physically capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs and standing for extended durations.
