Job description
**Trainee Position Overview**
The trainee will work alongside store management to manage business operations, spearhead team projects, and enhance market share through effective sales strategies. This role involves gaining comprehensive knowledge of store management, covering finance, marketing, and customer service, in preparation for a future position as an Assistant Store Manager. Applicants should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Additionally, candidates must be capable of lifting weights up to 70 lbs and must be eligible to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.
