Job description
The Relationship Banker II plays a key role in recognizing the financial needs of customers and proactively suggesting suitable products and services to meet the objectives of the branch. This position requires making outbound calls, guiding customers on utilizing digital banking solutions, and delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, be capable of handling cash, and be available to work Saturdays when needed. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, a Life Insurance license, and a minimum of one year of experience in banking or customer service.
