Job Summary
The Nurse Intern will collaborate with seasoned Registered Nurses to acquire practical clinical skills in a genuine healthcare environment. This position emphasizes the development of clinical judgment and facilitates the transition from theoretical knowledge to effective nursing practice.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Registered Nurse preceptors to gain hands-on experience.
- Enhance clinical judgment and skills within a supportive setting.
- Bridge the educational gap between classroom instruction and real-world nursing application.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, with an anticipated graduation in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Must possess a valid Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Enrollment in an internship course is mandatory.
