Job Summary
The associate will join a dynamic and collaborative team focused on overseeing intricate cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and delivering strategic legal guidance. This role is pivotal in shaping deals and negotiating terms, as well as managing the closing process and overseeing post-transaction restructuring efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the structuring and shaping of M&A transactions.
- Engage in negotiations to reach agreeable terms for all parties involved in the deal.
- Facilitate the closing procedures of M&A transactions.
- Oversee post-transaction restructuring and coordinate with various legal experts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a 3L law student.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance and a solid technical skill set.
- Submission of a resume, cover letter, writing sample, and law school transcript is mandatory.
