Job Summary
The role entails overseeing litigation cases related to Elder Abuse and Personal Injury from the initial assessment stage right through to resolution. The position is essential for ensuring effective legal representation and management of sensitive cases that require both expertise and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations of cases related to Elder Abuse and Personal Injury.
- Draft and prepare legal documents necessary for litigation.
- Take depositions and defend depositions in legal settings.
- Represent clients during court hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in litigation is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in handling Elder Abuse cases.
