**Brewery Manager**
The Brewery Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of front-of-house operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and overseeing financial results. This role involves upholding exceptional customer service levels and ensuring adherence to liquor laws and safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have three to five years of experience in high-volume restaurant management. Additionally, applicants must secure certain state gaming, health, and alcohol server certifications.
