**Controller**
The Controller will oversee the accounting and financial reporting for a multifamily real estate portfolio, guaranteeing precision and adherence to GAAP standards. This role will involve collaborating with senior management to deliver financial analysis and supervising the growth of the accounting team. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with a minimum of 5 years of advanced accounting experience. Previous hands-on experience in multifamily real estate or property management accounting is essential.
